Cogan Inc. has been doing business in Colorado for past 27 years. President Tim Cook apprenticed as a master bricklayer in Chicago during the early 1970s where part of his apprenticeship included laying brick and block with the master masons who helped build the historic Sears tower. Cogan Inc. performed the first brick paver job in Colorado in Vail in 1980 at the Coldstream Complex, and has been an industry leader in paving ever since. Projects of note include the picturesque University of Denver campus walkways, Boulder's Folsom Field complex, the Denver Art Museum Plaza, the sidewalks of lower downtown Denver, and some of the finest residences in Colorado. Cogan Inc. is particularly proud of the concrete pavers installed by the company on the Columbine Memorial. Mr. Cook is a master at brick paving. His integrity, craftsmanship and quality are highly respected throughout the construction industry.
